Return Policy:

• All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving the merchandise, or the client will be considered to have accepted the items. If the order was placed improperly or there is a change of mind, all returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Custom items and promotional bundles are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Before placing an order, the customer must check that all measurements and specifications are correct.
• You may return the goods within 30 days for a refund minus a 25% restocking fee, the original shipping cost, and the return shipping price to cover the cost of the return if they are still packed and not opened in the condition you received them.
• Due to the size of our products and the risk of them being damaged, they must be returned in their original packing. We are unable to accept goods that have missing or damaged packaging, including the delivery skid or pallet.
• Please inspect all goods before accepting and or signing for them within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise claims for damages and faults will be rejected.

• Customers who choose alternative brands of colours and expect them to match exactly are not covered by Bespoke Craft's warranty. Customers should be aware that individual brands may have their own set of colour options that differ from those offered by other vendors.
